Life is work, and work is life.  There are so many things to get done every week.

Whether you work from home, at an office, or your home is your work, there are always things that don’t get done, or that you dread having to do.

Task Tuesday is a day to get these pain points out of the way, and if it’s a recurring task, hopefully, to find a way to make the task easier and more enjoyable.

Work should never rule your life… I learned this the hard way.  If you repeatedly end up bringing work home, or can’t get everything done without overtime, dedicate your extra efforts to Task Tuesday.  Maybe you bring all of your work home on Tuesday night, and hustle hard for a few hours from your home office, or if you have to, stay late at the office until everything (or at least most things are done), or until you have a realistic plan of action to get everything accomplished in the time allotted.

Avoid letting work take ownership of your life.  This goes for at home tasks too.  There are a lot of things that have to be maintained at home, and while you can divvy up the little stuff throughout the week, reserve the big stuff for Tuesdays (especially if it’s gonna take a while).

By Task Tuesday, you’re still amped up from an enjoyable weekend, and Me Monday’s self love, so you’ll have enough energy to power through the tough stuff, knock out the junk of the week and keep it moving.
